I recently had the opportunity to work with ACG on a construction project, and my overall experience was fairly average. Their website is well-designed and easy to navigate, which initially caught my attention. However, I found their communication to be inconsistent and sometimes lacking in detail. There were delays in receiving updates and responses to my inquiries, which caused a bit of frustration. On the positive side, they did provide quality architectural designs that met my requirements. The team seemed knowledgeable and experienced, but I feel there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and responsiveness. Although my experience was not exceptional, it was not terrible either. If they can address the communication issues, I believe they have the potential to provide a better customer experience.
