I recently purchased some swimming equipment from this company's website. The ordering process was smooth, and the website design is user-friendly. However, there were a few issues with the delivery. The package took longer than expected to arrive, and there was an error with the tracking information. Despite this, the customer service team was responsive and helpful in resolving the issue. As for the quality of the products, they were average. The items I received were functional, but not exceptional in terms of durability or performance.
