I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza Reading and I have to say, it was an average experience. The room was clean and comfortable, but nothing exceptional. The staff was friendly and helpful, but not overly attentive. The breakfast buffet had a decent selection, but the quality of the food was just okay. Overall, I would rate my stay as average.
