Recently, I came across a startup company from Brazil. Their website was great and I found it easy to find the information I needed. However, their customer support was not up to par. It took them a while to respond to my queries and I didn't feel like they went above and beyond to help me. In terms of pricing, they were a bit on the expensive side. Overall, my experience was average.
