I recently discovered Du pain sur la planche through a friend's recommendation, and I'm so glad I did. Their pastries are absolutely divine. Each bite is a burst of flavor, and the texture is incredibly light and flaky. I've tried several different pastries, and each one has exceeded my expectations. The bakery has quickly become one of my favorites.
