I had some issues with Llar Carme's customer service. The staff was not very helpful and it took them a long time to respond to my inquiries. However, once my issue was finally addressed, the team did a good job fixing the problem. Overall, I would say that their service is decent, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer support.
