I recently started practicing yoga, and Yoga Up has been instrumental in my journey. The instructors are patient and understanding, making me feel comfortable and confident throughout the classes. I appreciate the non-competitive atmosphere and the emphasis on individual progress. The studio is clean and well-maintained, and the class schedule is convenient for my busy lifestyle. Yoga Up has exceeded my expectations, and I can't recommend it enough.
