I recently opened an account with the bank and so far my experience has been average. The website is easy to navigate and provides most of the information I need. However, I have noticed a few issues with the online banking system, which can be a bit frustrating at times. The customer service, though polite, could be more responsive. Overall, I think there is room for improvement in certain areas, but the bank has the potential to offer great services.
