I have been using the services of this company for quite some time now. The website arriva.it is user-friendly and provides all the necessary information. The fares are reasonable and I usually find the buses clean and comfortable. However, I find the frequency of buses during peak hours to be a bit low, resulting in crowded buses. It would be great if they could increase the number of buses during busy hours. In general, I am satisfied with their services.
