I am a CUSTOMER of Shavano Park Senior Living and I must say that my experience has been average. The staff is friendly, but the facilities could use some improvements. The rooms are small and the common areas are often crowded. However, the activities and events organized by the community are enjoyable and bring residents together. It's an okay place to live, but there is room for improvement.
