I have been working with Gistfabriek Brugge (later GENENCOR) for over a year now and I must say, the experience has been average. The company provides a decent work environment and the management is supportive. However, there are some areas where improvement is needed. The communication between departments can be better and sometimes projects get delayed due to lack of coordination. Overall, it's a good company to work for, but there is definitely room for improvement.
