I have been working at STRADDLE INFOTECH for few years now and I must say it has been an average experience overall. The company provides a decent work environment and the team members are supportive. However, there is room for improvement in terms of management's communication and decision making. The work-life balance is decent, but sometimes the workload can be overwhelming. Overall, it's an okay place to work.
