I recently ordered a custom plastic product from their website. The customer service was average, but the production took longer than expected. 🤔 The product quality was good, but it arrived with some minor scratches. The website was easy to navigate, and I appreciate the variety of products they offer. However, I wish there were more customization options available. Overall, I had an okay experience. 😐
