I recently used this company's services to handle my shipment, and I have to say that the experience was average. The website was easy to navigate, and it provided sufficient information about the services offered. However, I found the overall customer service to be lacking. It took quite some time to get a response to my inquiries, and the staff seemed overwhelmed and unresponsive at times. The shipment arrived on time, so that was a plus. However, I wish there had been more communication regarding the status of my shipment throughout the process. Overall, my experience with this company was average. There is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer service and communication.
