I have been a customer of Axa customer care for several years now, and I must say that their service is just average. The response times are usually quite long, and the representatives are not always very helpful. There have been a few instances where I had to repeat my issue multiple times before it was resolved. Overall, I would say that their customer care department needs some improvement.
