I recently had the opportunity to interact with a local lumber company, and I must say that my experience was fairly average. The company's website, poindexterlumber.net, provided me with all the necessary information about their products and services. However, I found the website's layout to be a bit outdated and not very user-friendly.

When I visited their physical store, I was greeted by friendly staff who were knowledgeable about their products. However, I did encounter some delays in getting assistance due to the lack of enough staff members available. The variety of lumber offered was decent, but it would have been nice to see a wider selection of wood types and finishes.

The pricing seemed competitive, but not exceptionally low. I appreciate the quality of the products I purchased, but I do think there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and overall convenience. Overall, my experience with the company was satisfactory, but I believe there is still some room for growth.
