I have been a customer of Inmetro for several years and I must say that their service is average. While they provide the basic services expected from a company like them, I feel that there is room for improvement. The website is easy to navigate, but there are times when it feels slow. The customer support is helpful, but sometimes their response time is not satisfactory. Overall, I would rate Inmetro as an average company.
