I recently purchased a product from valorvictoria.com and I have mixed feelings about the experience. On one hand, the product itself is of decent quality and arrived on time. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. When I had a question about the product, it took them quite a while to respond and their answer was not very helpful. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.
