I recently had an average experience with this company. The website was user-friendly and I was able to find the information I needed easily. However, the communication with the customer service team was not as efficient as I had hoped. The response time was a bit slow and it took some follow-up on my end to get the answers I was looking for. The quality of the products they offer seemed decent, but I wasn't completely blown away. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience, but I think there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and product presentation.
