I recently purchased calibration standards from this company and was quite impressed with the variety of products available. The website was easy to navigate, and I found what I needed without any trouble. However, the customer service was a bit lacking, and I felt that my inquiries were not addressed promptly. The quality of the products was adequate, but nothing exceptional. 🤔 Overall, I would rate the experience as average.
