I recently opened an account with The Islamic Bank of Asia Limited and my experience has been average so far. The website provides most of the information I need, but I experienced some technical issues with the online banking system. The customer service was average, but I expected better responsiveness. Overall, I think the bank has the potential to provide excellent services, but there are areas that need improvement.
