I recently worked with Kovert Creative on a branding project. I found their team to be professional and responsive throughout the process. The initial concepts they presented were creative and aligned with our vision. However, the execution fell short of our expectations. There were a few rounds of revisions needed to get the final product where we wanted it to be. The team was accommodating and receptive to our feedback, which I appreciated. In terms of communication, they were prompt and kept us updated on the progress. While I was satisfied with the end result, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of attention to detail and consistency in their work. Overall, my experience was average, and I would recommend them with the caveat that close oversight may be necessary.
