CUSTOMER: I recently purchased some products from JonesMix, and I have to say, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate, and the order process was smooth. However, the quality of the products was not as great as I expected. The customer service was friendly, but it took a while for my issues to be resolved. Overall, I would rate JonesMix as an average company with room for improvement.
