I recently hired a roofing company to fix some issues on my roof, and I chose 3 Kings Roofing based on their website and customer reviews. Overall, my experience with them was average. The website was user-friendly and provided information about their services, which helped make my decision. However, I found their response time to be a little slower than I expected. It took them a few days to get back to me and schedule an appointment. On the positive side, the roofing team arrived on time and were professional and courteous throughout the process. They completed the repairs within the estimated timeframe and the quality of the work was satisfactory. While 3 Kings Roofing did a decent job, there was nothing particularly outstanding about their service that would make me highly recommend them to others.
