I am a CUSTOMER and I have been using Nationwide carpet cleaning services for a while now. The service provided by them is average at best. The carpets look clean after the cleaning but the stains seem to come back after a few days. I have to constantly keep getting the carpets cleaned. It's quite frustrating. I wish they could do a more thorough job and ensure that the stains don't come back. The customer service is also average. They are not very responsive and it takes them a while to schedule an appointment. Overall, I would rate their service as average.
