I recently tried out their products and I found them to be average. The website was easy to navigate and had a good range of products, but I felt that the customer service could be more responsive. The delivery was on time, which was good. However, I expected better packaging for the products. Overall, the experience was okay, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer service and product presentation. 😐
