I recently purchased a product from their website and I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the speed of delivery. Despite that, their customer service was quick to assist me in resolving the problem. Overall, I would rate my experience as average. The product quality was decent, the delivery was prompt, but the website performance needs improvement. I would recommend this company for their efficiency in delivery and helpful customer service, but they could work on enhancing the website functionality.
