I am a CUSTOMER and I would rate Company x communications as average. The services provided by them are decent, but nothing extraordinary. I found their website co-x.co.uk easy to navigate and the overall user experience was satisfactory. However, I think there is room for improvement in terms of response time and customer support. I hope to see better services from them in the future.
