I had a mixed experience with Redcastle. The website itself is easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth. However, I wasn't completely satisfied with the quality of the products. The dress I ordered had a few loose threads and the fabric felt rough against my skin. On the positive side, their customer service was helpful and processed my return quickly. I would rate Redcastle as average.
