I recently purchased a BMW from Sewell BMW of the Permian Basin and my experience was average. The staff was friendly but not very knowledgeable about the vehicles. They could have been more helpful during the purchasing process. Overall, I am satisfied with my new car, but I expected better service from a luxury dealership.
