I recently furnished my home with some custom-made furniture from this company and I have mixed feelings about my experience. The website was easy to navigate, and I found their selection of woodwork products to be quite impressive. The quality of the furniture I received was decent, it had a sturdy build and seemed durable. However, I did encounter some issues with the delivery. It took longer than expected and there was a slight delay in communication. The customer service, while not terrible, could have been more responsive and proactive in handling my concerns. Overall, the company offers satisfactory woodwork products, but there is room for improvement in terms of delivery and customer support. 🏠🪓🪑
