I recently used the tax services of this company and overall, I found them to be average. The website was user-friendly and provided clear information about their services. However, the response time from their customer support team was a bit slow, which was frustrating at times. Additionally, I didn't feel that the tax advisors were particularly attentive or went the extra mile to ensure that I fully understood the process. Despite these issues, they were able to accurately file my taxes and address any questions or concerns I had. It would have been nice to receive more personalized attention and guidance throughout the process, but for an average tax service, they got the job done.
