I had a mixed experience with AWIS. While some aspects of their service were satisfactory, there were a few areas where they fell short. The company's website was easy to navigate and their product range was impressive. However, their customer support team was not very helpful in resolving my issues. Whenever I contacted them, I had to wait for a long time to get a response and sometimes my queries were not addressed properly. This was quite frustrating. Nonetheless, I appreciate their effort in delivering the product on time. Overall, AWIS has room for improvement in terms of customer support.
