I recently had an average experience with this real estate company. Although the website was easy to navigate and had a good amount of information about their services, I found the overall customer service to be lacking. The response time to my inquiries was longer than expected, which made it frustrating to get the information I needed. Additionally, when I visited their office, the staff seemed disinterested and not very knowledgeable about the properties they were showing. However, I must admit that the company did show professionalism during the contracting process, ensuring that all the necessary paperwork was in order. Overall, my experience with the company was just average. I would recommend them to someone who doesn't mind a slower response time and who is able to do some independent research on the properties themselves.
