I had a somewhat average experience with the Royal Society of New Zealand. The website was easy to navigate and had a lot of useful information, but I found the customer service to be lacking. The response time to my inquiries was quite slow, and when I did receive a response, it wasn't very helpful. Overall, the experience was just okay.
