I recently used the logistics services provided by Roze Logistics for my business and overall, I had an average experience. The delivery was on time, but I found their customer support to be lacking. The lack of transparency in tracking my package was also disappointing. However, their rates were reasonable and the delivery was smooth. I hope they work on improving their customer service.
