I recently came across a website that sells a wide range of anime products. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. They offer a good selection of merchandise and I found some unique items that I hadn't seen elsewhere. The prices were average, not too expensive but also not the cheapest I've seen. Shipping was efficient and my order arrived in a reasonable time frame. However, I did encounter a few issues with customer service. It took longer than expected to receive a response to my inquiry and the resolution provided was not entirely satisfactory. Overall, my experience with this company was average. They have a decent selection of products but need to work on improving their customer service.
