I recently had to deal with South Australian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (SACAT) and I must say the experience was less than satisfactory. The whole process was long and complicated, and I felt like my concerns were not fully taken into account. The staff was not very helpful and seemed uninterested in assisting me. I would not recommend their services.
