I recently purchased some environmental equipment from a company that I won't name here. The equipment itself is great and has helped me a lot with my work. However, I was disappointed with the customer service I received. The staff was not very helpful and seemed uninterested in assisting me. This has made me hesitant to recommend the company to others.
