As a customer, I had an average experience with Hsh yachts. Although the website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, the customer service was lacking. The response time to my inquiries was slow, and I often had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution. Overall, my experience was satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement.
