I recently engaged with a company that facilitates contract consultation services. The company's website was user-friendly and provided detailed information about their services. However, I found the response time to be slower than expected, and it took multiple follow-ups to get a satisfactory resolution. The consultants were knowledgeable, but I felt that the overall communication could have been clearer and more proactive. While the end result was satisfactory, the process felt a bit cumbersome. I appreciate their expertise in the field, but I believe there's room for improvement in terms of responsiveness and streamlining the client experience.
