I had a less than satisfactory experience with Travel Leaders. The staff was not very helpful, and the website was difficult to navigate. The booking process was frustrating, and I encountered several issues along the way. The customer service was subpar, and I didn't receive all the necessary information. I would not recommend Travel Leaders based on my experience.
