I had a decent experience with AWISima.com. The website was easy to navigate and had a good selection of products. However, I had a few issues with their customer support team. Whenever I contacted them, they were slow to respond and didn't provide satisfactory solutions to my problems. This was quite frustrating. On the positive side, the products I ordered were of good quality and arrived on time. In conclusion, AWIS has some areas where they can improve, especially in terms of customer support.
