I recently booked a trip with Columbus travels & tours ltd. and I must say it was an average experience. The website, travelmyanmar.com, was easy to navigate and the booking process was smooth. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The representatives were not very helpful and seemed disinterested in assisting me with my inquiries. Overall, it was an okay experience.
