I recently used this courier service for a delivery and I have mixed feelings about it. On the positive side, their website is easy to navigate and the ordering process was quite simple. The package arrived at its destination on time, which was appreciated. However, the customer service was just average. When I had a question about my delivery, it took a while to get a response from their team. Additionally, the courier that came to pick up my package didn't seem very professional or friendly. The delivery fee was also on the higher side compared to other courier services I have used in the past. Overall, my experience with this company was average. They got the job done, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer service and pricing.
