I recently attended a sales and marketing conference organized by a local association. I had high expectations going in, but unfortunately, the event fell short. The speakers were knowledgeable, but the overall organization and flow of the conference were lacking. It was difficult to keep track of the different sessions and the schedule changes weren't communicated effectively. I hope future events will see improvements in these areas.
