I recently purchased some flooring from this company. The selection was average, and the quality of the product was acceptable for the price. However, I did encounter some issues with delivery delays, which was a bit frustrating. The customer service team was responsive in addressing my concerns, but the process could have been smoother. Overall, the experience was okay, and I am satisfied with the end result, but there is certainly room for improvement in terms of punctuality and communication.
