I recently tried a class at Zooga yoga and was impressed. The instructor was knowledgeable and provided clear instructions throughout the class. The studio is bright and airy, and the overall atmosphere is very welcoming. I appreciated the variety of props available to support different poses. Overall, it was a positive experience and I would recommend Zooga yoga to others.
