I recently had a family member stay at this nursing home for a few months. The staff was generally friendly and caring, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location is convenient, and the outdoor areas are lovely. However, there were some areas that could be improved. Communication with the staff could be better, and there were a few instances where we felt that our concerns were not fully addressed. Additionally, the activities and programs offered could be more engaging and varied. Overall, it was an average experience. If the company focuses on improving communication and enhancing the range of activities available, it could become a more fulfilling place for residents.
