I recently used this real estate company to help me find a new home, and I found the overall experience to be average. The website was easy to navigate, and the properties were well-documented with clear photos and descriptions. However, I found it a bit challenging to get in touch with their agents promptly, and the response time to my inquiries was not as efficient as I had hoped. The agents were friendly and knowledgeable, but I felt like I had to take the initiative to follow up on certain matters. Overall, my experience was decent, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of communication and client engagement.
